Job Summary

This role is a critical member of the Central Region leadership team and is relied upon heavily to drive change and transformation in a rapidly moving environment through its HR model and people agenda and programs.

The position ensures that all people matter are aligned for business growth and profitability, supported by leading practice HR systems and processes that have either already been implemented or are on its way. Additionally, the positions drives employment engagement, career success and wellbeing, ultimately impacting the optimum culture to ensure high levels of customer excellence

 

Organisational Structure

This role reports jointly to the Managing Director of the Central Region and has a functional reporting line to the Senior Vice President - Human Resources, International.

Direct reports include: 10 Directs reports including HR Business Partners and Payroll Partner in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Poland and plus joint reporting line for Talent Acquisition and Health & Safety Partner

The role covers Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Czech Republic and Poland

Authority for Change

This person is responsible for all Human Resources policies in the Central Region. They have authority for change for all people matters in the region.

Organisation Changes, Individual and Group consultation and Employee Relations.

The role holder needs to understand each of the 5 Cultures and Legal Frameworks and Display Appropriate Leadership based on these and create best in class ways of working.

  • Demonstrable experience driving change – eg. functional transformation, change management role, enterprise turn around experience etc.
