The Business Support Centre (BSC) of Avis Budget Group, a globally leading vehicle rental service provider, is providing support from beautiful Budapest mainly covering customer care, commercial support and financial services.

Within our organisation HR4U Employee Support Centre is a newly established team within the HR Function, providing help and support to Avis Budget Group employees in the International region, in particular Europe.

As a member of this team, you would be responsible for answering HR related queries to ensure effective execution of HR transactions to support both employees’ and HR professionals’ experience. Responsibility also includes processing and updating employee data changes in the Global HR system, including Onboarding, Off-boarding processes. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond, research and resolve HR queries on multiple channels such as e-mail, phone, case management system in a timely manner. Use systems to document and escalate as needed following appropriate process.
  • Diagnose problems and lead correction across HR and stakeholders.
  • Educate employees of HR Services available for them and encourage self-service tools such as the HR Portal.
  • Update employee data in the global HR System Workday including Onboarding and Off-boarding processes
  • Maintain all compliance requirements of dedicated HR shared service processes.
  • Actively contribute to deliver, maintain and improve HR services, procedures and processes to increase employee satisfaction, drive performance and achieve results.

  • Advanced English AND French 
  • Experience in data processing/customer services and/ or human resources area  in a Shared Service environment or Contact Center would be welcome, but not a must
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to answer employees’ and other stakeholders’ queries effectively
  • Excellent problem solving skills and strong customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills for tracking and documenting: ability to work on more than one issue simultaneously and prioritize urgency of requests
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and in teams
  • Confident in Microsoft Office applications especially in Excel
  • Workday or other HRIS experience will be considered as an advantage only
